PINEAPPLE SHERBET 
6 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites, beaten

Combine buttermilk, sugar, pineapple, lemon juice, and salt. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into freezer and freeze.
