SUMMER SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) box ring macaroni, cooked
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cucumbers, diced and leave peeling on
1 c. grated carrots

Mix together in bowl. In other bowl mix: 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. vinegar

Pour over macaroni and vegetable mixture. This salad can be made even 2 days ahead of time. It just gets better tasting as it marinades.
