SUMMER GARDEN SALAD 
1 med. zucchini, cubed
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 edible flowers (nasurstium)
1 c. almonds
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. fresh cilatrano, chopped (substitute for parsley)
Oriental vinaigrette

Combine above ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
