EXOTIC TURKEY FRUIT SALAD 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced apple
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, quartered
4 c. diced cooked turkey
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 c. orange sections
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, and salt; blend well. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Chill well. Serves 10-12.
