CHOPPED LIVER 
1 lb. chicken liver
4 hard boiled eggs
1/4 lb. butter
4 onions
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown chopped onions in 1/4 lb. butter. Add chicken liver until cooked through. Put eggs, onions, liver and butter in food processor until chopped (3 seconds). Refrigerate. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on bread or crackers or serve with cold turkey on rye bread.
