BAKED KABOCHA (PUMPKIN) 
3/4-1 lb. ground pork
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 box frozen peas & carrots
2 tsp. shoyu
Shitake mushrooms, diced
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry the above ingredients until pork is lightly browned. Cut top of pumpkin and remove seeds. Rinse and pat dry. Stuff pumpkin with the above mixture. Use pumpkin top to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
