ITALIAN STEAK 
1 lb. minute steak, cubed
1 egg with 1/2 c. milk (egg wash)
Crushed, dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 med. onion, diced
1 jar Ragu Sauce
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Mix Parmesan cheese and crumbs. Dip meat cubes into egg wash and then into bread crumbs. Brown in oil. Remove and place in baking dish.

Saute onions in oil. Add tomato and Ragu Sauce. Mix and pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with Mozzarella. Bake 5 minutes more.
