ITALIAN STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
2 green peppers
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 c. basil
1/4 chopped onion
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. oil

1. Pound steak, cut in cubes.

2. Pour oil in large skillet, brown cubes of steak.

3. Add green pepper chunks, onions, tomato sauce, 1 cup water and seasonings.

4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
