ROLLED CREAM CHEESE COOKIES 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 sqs. (2 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Stir together flour and baking powder. Beat butter and cream cheese for 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, melted chocolate, and vanilla, beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating until well combined. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight, working with 1/2 the dough at a time, on a lightly floured surface roll to 1/8 inch thick. Cut to desired shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 60.
