TEXAS BEEF DIP 
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. sausage
1 lb. processed cheese
1 lg. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. picante sauce

Brown meat in skillet and add onion. Drain well. Return to skillet. Cut cheese into chunks and add to meat, then add mushroom and picante sauce. Cook over medium low heat until cheese is melted and flavors are blended. serve with chips or chunks of French bread.
