SOUTH TEXAS DIP 
1 can avocado dip
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can jalapeno bean dip
1 lg. bunch green onions, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, cored, seed, and chopped
1 can chopped olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in bowl. To assemble, spread bean dip on large shallow serving platter. Then layer avocado dip, sour cream mix, onions, tomatoes, olives and shredded cheese. Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips.
