TEXAS - MEXICAN DIP 
8 oz. lite cream cheese
1 can vegetarian chili
1 can black olives
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
Aged cheddar cheese

Use microwave safe dish. Spread at room temperature - cream cheese on bottom of dish. Add chili and 1/2 finely chopped onion. Slice olives and put on top. Add a lot of grated cheese on top, to cover entire top. Microwave for 4 minutes, depending on your microwave. Serve with tacos. May be prepared the day before.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
