CRESCENT DINNER ROLL BARS 
2 lg. pkg. crescent dinner rolls
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Spread 1 package rolls into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Cream together the egg yolk, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Spread mixture on top of rolls in pan; top with the other package of rolls. Beat egg white until frothy, not stiff, mix in brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread on top of rolls and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
