TURKEY KABOBS 
4 lb. boneless turkey chunks 1 inch square
1/3 c. oil
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1 c. burgundy
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. teriyaki
2 bell peppers
2 red onions

Combine all ingredients. Marinate overnight. Put on skewers. Bar-b- que 20 minutes or until tender. Can add mushrooms, tomatoes on skewers.
