VANILLA CREAM DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. shortening Mix together and press into 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. LAYER 1: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread over crust. LAYER 2: 2 pkg. vanilla pudding, regular or instant 2 1/2 c. milk Prepare pudding and spread over last layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip from 1 quart container. Chill in refrigerator. |
