1 pkg. yellow or orange cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix ingredients. Pour into either 2 round pans or 1 loaf pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. While cake is baking, mix frosting and refrigerate.

TOPPING (Frosting) :
1 lg. bowl Cool Whip
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Mix Cool Whip, dry pudding mix, and undrained pineapples. Spread over cool cake. Refrigerate and serve.
