1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1/3 c. Crisco oil
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapples
2 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can Baker's coconut
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. walnuts

Mix cake mix, butter, eggs, oil, and oranges. Mix and bake as directed on box. Cool.

Filling: In large bowl, mix together Cool Whip, drained pineapples, instant pudding, coconut, and walnuts. Fill in between layers. (Don't use mixer on filling.)
