1 box yellow butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil

ICING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained, chopped
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Mix cake mix, 1 can oranges with juice, eggs and oil. Mix well. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Icing: Mix pineapple, oranges and pudding; add Cool Whip. Frost cake and refrigerate.
