CAKE:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

ICING:

1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

CAKE: Mix all ingredients with mixer until well blended. Bake in 3 greased cake pans at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING: Mix all ingredients together and spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate until time to serve.
