1 box golden yellow butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix all ingredients, except mandarin oranges (add them last).

Bake in 3 layer pans or 9 x 13 pan 25 minutes at 325°F.

Icing:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 small can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix together and ice cake. Refrigerate.
