PRETZEL SALAD | |
1 1/4 c. crushed pretzels 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. butter, melted 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. Cool Whip 1/2 c. powdered sugar 6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello 16 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, not drained Mix pretzels, sugar and butter together. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread over pretzel crust. Refrigerate a while. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water (no cold water). Partially set. Add strawberries. Pour on top of Cool Whip mixture and let set. |
