2 lb. ground turkey
3 c. Stove Top homestyle herb stuffing mix (in the canister)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. barbecue sauce, divided

Mix meat, stuffing mix, 1 cup water, eggs and 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce. Shape meat mixture into oval loaf in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.

Bake at 375°F for at least an hour or until center is no longer pink.
