VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) frozen combo vegetables, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese, 4 oz.
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
1 (2.8 oz.) can onion rings

Combine all ingredients together except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onion rings. Pour into shallow casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake covered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake uncovered 5 minutes. Serves 6.
