BEEF AND CHEDDAR BAKE 
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
2 lb. ground beef
3 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 c. milk
6 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1/2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)

Saute onion; stir in meat and cook for 10 minutes. Drain. Place in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into buttered 10 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
