BERRY CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box white cake mix
1 sm. box Jello (according to flavor of berry)
3 tbsp. flour (plain)
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sweet milk
4 eggs
2/3 pkg. (10 oz.) berries, thawed (use a few more if fresh; drain berries if frozen)

Mix. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. May be made into layers.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/3 pkg. berries, drained
2 c. powdered sugar
2 or 3 tsp. milk (or use drained juice)

Mix and apply to cool cake.

NOTE: I use a 16-ounce package of berries or two 10-ounce packages. This means more powdered sugar has to be added for the frosting to keep it from being too runny.
