1 can #2 crushed pineapple
1 can apple pie filling (can use any fruit pie filling)
1 bx. plain yellow or white cake mix
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Grease 9 x 11 baking pan. Dump in can of crushed pineapple (don't drain), then can apple pie filling, then spread cake mix. Pour melted butter over top of that, then spread cup of nuts over the top. There is no mixing. Spread each ingredient in order given. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Delicious.
