BEEF BRISKET 
1 bottle liquid smoke
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce

Marinate the brisket in the above ingredients overnight (in refrigerator). Cook 4 hours at 275 degrees covered with foil. Pour off marinate, slice, simmer in barbecue sauce.
