CLARISE'S BRISKET 
Any size brisket
Tenderizer
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, sliced in rings

Use tenderizer all over brisket. Salt and pepper brisket and use garlic salt. Lay on aluminum foil enough to wrap brisket. Before wrapping, pour Worcestershire sauce over meat (enough to marinate). Wrap and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Next day open wrap and lay onion rings on top of brisket, then place in baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, turn down oven to 325 degrees and bake for 2 hours. Test for doneness. Bake longer if necessary.
