BEEF BRISKET BAKE 
Marinate beef brisket (Claude's Barbeque Brisket Sauce is very good) at least three hours, but can be marinated up to 24 hours, depending upon personal taste. For best results, use approximately 2 ounces of sauce per pound of meat. After marinating, wrap meat in heavy duty foil, pour some of the sauce over brisket before sealing. Cook approximately 40 minutes per pound at 350 degrees. Uncover last 1/2 hour to let brown.
