CHICKEN COATING 
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. parsley
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt

Roll chicken pieces, with or without skin, in melted butter. Roll in coating mix. Place on rack in a pan and bake for 1 hour in a 375 degree oven. This coating stores well in a sealed container.
