1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. V8 juice

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pack into a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Spoon catsup topping over mixture.

CATSUP TOPPING:

1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Combine all and mix well. Spoon over meat and bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
