1/2 lb. butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. almond extract 3 c. flour 1 can fruit filling Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add extracts, then flour. Pour batter (save 1/2 cup for top) into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Put filling on top, do not touch side. Dab leftover batter on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. |
