1/4 c. butter 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms 1 c. scallions 1/3 c. flour 1 c. dry white wine 1 c. light cream 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 1/2 lb. med. shrimp or prawns 1 1/2 lb. scallops 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Melt butter, saute mushrooms, add scallions. Stir in flour, white wine, cream, add curry and cream. Stir over low heat until thickens. Add prawns and scallops. Cook in casserole dish. Bake 3 minutes. Serves over rice. |
