CHEESE STRATA 
8 to 9 slices bread
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 lbs. pork sausage
8 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Trim crust from bread, cube, and place on bottom of 9 x 12 inch lightly greased aluminum pan. Layer 3 cups of cheese onto bread. Brown pork sausage and layer onto cheese. Beat together 8 eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk, and dry mustard. Pour mixture over strata; refrigerate overnight. Before baking, mix 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk. Pour over strata. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
