LEMONY APPLE - BRAN SALAD 
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped, cored red apples
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. halved, green grapes or 1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran cereal

In medium-sized bowl, combine yogurt, parsley, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Stir in apples celery and grapes or raisins. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Just before serving, stir in Kellogg's All-Bran cereal. Serve on lettuce, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
