OVEN SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. beef round steak
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cutup
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut meat into serving portions. Combine flour and salt; pound 2 tablespoons of it into meat. Brown meat in oil. Transfer to a 12 x 7 inch baking dish. Blend remaining flour mix into pan drippings. Stir in undrained tomatoes, celery, carrots and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until tender, about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Good with baked potatoes.
