BROCCOLI CRUNCH SALAD 
4 c. broccoli flowerettes, cut fine
4 c. cauliflower flowerettes, cut fine
4 green scallions, chopped
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1 lb. crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
2 handfuls of raisins
2 handfuls of sunflower seeds

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.

DRESSING:

1 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. cider vinegar

Mix all ingredients well. Pour over salad ingredients. Best if allowed to chill overnight in refrigerator.
