BEN'S PICKLES

SLICE THIN IN FOOD PROCESSOR:

6 to 8 lg. cucumbers
1 to 2 med. onions

MIX IN FOOD PROCESSOR:

1 to 2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. dry mustard

Pour over cucumbers and onions. Will keep in refrigerator approximately 2 weeks.
