BEEF & MUSHROOM 
6 1/4 lb. pure beef patties
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup
1 can water
1 lb. fresh mushrooms

Brown patties in a skillet. Place in a glass dish; add soups, water and mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes on high in microwave oven. Stop. Stir; cook for 8 more minutes. Serve over rice or potatoes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
