BEEF MUSHROOM LOAF 
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
Milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. dry bread cubes (3 slices)
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 tbsp. light corn syrup

Drain mushrooms reserving liquid. Add enough milk to make 1/2 cup. Combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, dry mustard, pepper and bread. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add meat and mushrooms. Shape into loaf in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Combine catsup and syrup and spread on top of loaf. Bake 15 minutes more.
