CHICKEN DIVAN 
20 chicken breasts
2 pkgs. broccoli spears
1 (50 oz.) can Cream of Chicken soup
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Spray pan. Arrange chicken in pan close together. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, 1/2 of Parmesan cheese, and curry powder. Spread/spoon over chicken. Combine bread crumbs and other half of Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over top of sauce. Top with grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until cheese melts, about 30 minutes. If cheese is browning too fast, cover. Place cooked broccoli on plate. Place chicken on top of broccoli with broccoli flower exposed. Yield 20.
