BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 can celery soup (or whole can)
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Saltine cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes, drain and add remaining ingredients, except cracker crumbs. Pour into greased casserole dish and cover with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 8 servings.

NOTE: Mushroom soup may be substituted for the celery soup.
