CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate bits
2/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. coffee liqueur, orange liqueur or mint liqueur (orange juice or coffee may be used)

This may be melted in a heavy saucepan or fondue pot but I put it in a Seal-a-Meal bag and keep it in just below boiling water until needed.

Pour into fondue pot and keep warm over low heat. Each guest spears fruit onto a fork and dips into the chocolate. Fruits can be: Apple wedges, pineapple chunks, orange sections, strawberries or banana slices or even ladyfingers.
