1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. Sugar Twin brown sugar replacement
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix butter with Sugar Twin, brown sugar replacement, lime juice, wine and soy sauce. Brush over turkey, as sauce drips into turkey pan. Every 2 hours or so, put sauce over turkey. This soaks through the meat. Very delicious!
