POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can milk Salt and pepper to taste 1 can French fried onion rings 1 stick butter Grated cheese Spread potatoes in baking dish. Cover with celery soup mixed with milk (fill celery soup can with milk). Add salt, pepper and butter. Add cheese. Bake for one hour (don't let them get too dry). Remove from oven. Spread with onion rings. Return to oven for about five minutes, just long enough to lightly brown onion rings. |
