WILBUR'S MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground veal
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bologna
1/2 lb. pressed ham
1/2 lb. pepperoni
1/2 lb. sliced American cheese
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper
2 cloves garlic

Mix veal, beef and pork; add salt, pepper, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, green pepper and garlic; mix well. Separate into halves. Place on one half a layer of cheese, a layer of bologna, a layer of pepperoni, a layer of ham, and then a final layer of American cheese.

Cover with remaining meat and form into loaf. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Then uncover and let brown for 15 minutes.
