AMISH CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice

Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

Blend 4 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter and 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar until smooth and creamy; spread on cooled cake.
