BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 to 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 jar cheese whiz
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook rice. Cook broccoli. Saute onion in 2 tablespoon butter in saucepan until tender. Add soup, cheese whiz and milk; mix well. Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Add onion, broccoli and rice. Mix well. Pour into 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with mixture of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoon melted butter and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
