CHICKEN-RICE-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (2 lb.) cooked chicken, cut into sm. pieces
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can French onion soup

Cook chicken, save broth and use to cook rice and broccoli. Cook rice and broccoli until partly done. Combine all ingredients except cheese and put in a 13"x9" baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes.
