1 (6 oz.) can concentrated orange juice
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped nuts

SUGAR - NUT TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine 1/2 cup of orange juice with remaining ingredients. Blend at lowest mixer speed for 3 seconds. Beat 3 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Drizzle remaining orange juice over warm cake. Mix together topping and sprinkle on top.
